supposed to be stuffed, I heard V/Line had a survey done and decided [in
planning stage ] to build a loop on the South side linked to the silo by a
pipe which would convey grain safely and rapidly to a captive train which
would take the grain to Toc, for fast transfer to the BG train.
Supposed to have been factual. I have heard recently that if NSW access
charges could be renegotiated either peacefully or in Court, the train would
run back via Albury.
