XPT accident at Wodonga! Delay about 15mins?

    Drunken Revellers took over the Wodonga Rail  Station Saturday nite-
Sunday morning!
When the Carriers Arms to the north of the Yards closed, and evicted more
than 200 drunken revellers,
they all proceeded to walk through the Freight Depot, and Yards, accross the
pit on to the platform.{heading for Elgins on the South side of the line}
    They vandalised everything in site, including X42 at the BG Fuel Point.
Tried to move the loco, broke a window to gain access. The Yard was covered
in broken glass, hundreds of glasses and bottles, smashed all over the area.
    When the XPT came through, about 90 mins later the drunks were still all
over the place and one was asleep on the SG track near Station Crossing. The
Driver slammed on the brakes but still passed 3 cars over him. Went back to
find the pieces, and found one very upset drunk, struggling to get out from
under the train. By the time Ambulance and Police arrived he was hotfooting
it down the road as fast as he could.
    This is the second time a drunk has gone under the train at Wodonga.
Guess if you are going to be run over by a train, make sure you are very
drunk, and the XPT is the next train [Account of wheel disk brakes fitted,
and their is no brake gear hanging underneath to tear you limb from limb.
