Without getting into a long argument, RSA will only be maintaining the track as far as Hume,
i.e., as far as the log trains will operate. Beyound Hume the track will stay with ARHS. On
completion of the signal design, the section will become Harman - Tuggeranong, with RAC
(throught SRA) assuming responsibility for train control.
