News arround the meal room says that a NRC train had scaled wheels and
was notified at Thornleigh it was then suppose to go under slow speed to
Chullora cut off the affected waggon (apparantly a 5 pack) and continue.
2 stories have developed from this point. 
1 the waggon was taken off and put on ther train that derailed.
2 the waggon wasn't taken off and the train derailed.

Apparantly the scale caused the bogie to crack.
