Yesterday at about 1620, Z3.177 was seen working on route 86 in High St
Northcote.
This is usually exclusive B2 territory, even empty Z3s don't use High
St. Are Yarra trams short of B2s at East Preston?
BTW - The tram was very crowded, even if it was a B2, there would have
been standing room only.
