Re: Oct RD report; Queenslander 2800 locos



Actually a couple of months ago I saw a lone 2800 passing Northgate without
a train. The 2800 loco might haul the Queenslander all the way from Cairns
to Brisbane and the loco returns up north on its own. The trip from Brisbane
to Rockhampton would be hauled by a 3900 class loco, then switch to a 2800
class loco for the rest of the journey north. Correct me if I'm wrong.
