Serco buys 100% of GSR

Today's Hun reports that Serco has purchased 100% of GSR off it's 5 other partners.
It also stated that GSR lost $5m in the year to September 30th.  They also stated
Serco believes that GSR will go into profit "next year"  GSR apparently owns 186
passenger cars & wagons.

Serco purchased the 50.8 share it didn't own for $18.9m, which values the company at
$37m.  AN Passenger was sold for $18m 2 years ago.
