Of course you're right. Brain wasn't fully on after being on holidays. The
following is from 'Picton-Mittagong Loop-Line Railway' by William A Bayley,
"Major Antill received a grant between Stonequarry and Razorback in 1810 and
enlarged in 1833. The name Stonequarry gave place to Picton named in honour
of General Picton, killed at the Battle of Waterloo. Sir Thomas Brisbane,
Governor of NSW, named it in 1821, having served with Picton in Spain in the
wars against Napoleon."
