This is rather confusing - did the set of traffic lights invite a
tugboat around for dinner or something? I never knew traffic lights
even had a social life. Tugboats do tend to meet various
well-travelled ships (sometimes they pass like ships in the night - at
other times the tugboat nuzzles into the ship) while bustling about
the port, but traffic lights really don't get out and about much.
