Peterbrough Station news sun 21st nov 1999.

16:56 CST , good evening from Peterborough, a very busy
day here at the Station, with the rail grinder coming up for
an early track inspection around 9am , then departed up
track towards Broken Hill without doing any grinding.

The Indian Pacific was next at 12:00 hrs in a flurry of speed,
with two locos up front NR38 and NR119.

There was a lot of activity freight wise with
The Eastbound TNT freight came into the loop at 15:10hrs
with locos NR115 and NR104 then waited for,

Westbound
TNT freight at 15:30 HRS , locos in charge were NR31 and NR82.

Then at 15:50 hrs The Trailer Railer came through Eastbound
with only a very short consist , loco in charge was NR60.
