Peterbrough Station news mon15 th nov 1999.

Peterborough , Monday 18:43 CST,   good evening, its nice to be
back after my short holiday on the farm, everyone is reaping
there crops in Sth Australia and hoping for fine weather.
Back at the station  The Ghan came whistling through westbound
ahead of time at 9:15 loco in charge was NR120.

The Eastbound TNT freight was next , rattling through in a hurry at
approx 11:30 ( the station clock battery had gone flat) Locos in
charge were NR24 and NR84 .

last train through at 17:10 CST was Westbound BHP freight with
the last bogie set making a hell of a racket , Locos in charge
were NR30 and NR85.

I did find some interesting double gauge and narrow gauge point sets
on an unused bit of line near Gladstone any one want more details
 let me know.
