There is one sitting outside the East Block of Newport workshops.  I believe
the other 2? are inside.  One has been gutted partially to refit the vline
inspection car 'Mitta Mitta', which then never turned a wheel in service and
got sent straight to Seymour to the SRHC.  I know at least 1 of the cars is
sitting on transfer bogies.  None would be operable, it is not inconceivable
that some could be got operable reasonably easily, aside from finding spare
bogies.
