Maldon to Dombarton wouldn't be any good because if the line from Dombarton
to Moss Vale is closed as it is now, you still can't get past Bargo. Even
with Dombarton-Moss Vale open it wouldn't help much as trains would have to
run from Maldon to Unanderra, locos change ends, then back up the mountain
to Moss Vale, so it would be easier to come down the coast from Sydney and
then up to Moss Vale.
