It was theoretically still owned by The Met until recently. THis gave
them the right to use it for promotional purposes at effectively zero cost.

The set was part of the Classic Carriages, so it's anybody's guess who
owns it now. It could be V/Line Passenger.

Most of the main line preserved rollingstock is/was still owned by the
PTC and allocated to various preservation societies. Who actually "owns"
the heritage registered stock now?
