The 70 tram will (when built) contune along Flinders Street and then up
Footscray Road and terminate some where near the 48/34 in Docklands.

The way I understand it 48 Docklands via Spencer Stret 70 Docklands via
Flinders Street/Footscray Road.

75 is ment to go some where else and 86 use the shunt at the top of 
Spencer Street.

Wait and see.
