Senator Meg Lees (Aust. Democrats senator from SA and Democrats leader) was on channel 9's Sunday this morning making a suggestion that the negotiations the government were having with the democrats might prove to yield concessional or no diesel fuel levy to rail.

I did not catch all of the item, rather only the tail end.   Perhaps someone can expand.
