The signs, they are a'changing

Paraphrasing the 60's song, but FV and Goninans have been active over
the past weekend.

A "Freight Victoria" sign has gone up at the entrance to Tottenham
Yard in Sunshine Road, and a couple of smaller FV signs can be seen on
the huts adjacent to the Totty Tower.

At Dynon Loco Depot, Goninans have been busy with the black gaffer
tape covering most of the V/Line logos on the various signs at the
Footscray Road entrance to Dynon Loco and sticking up A4 sized pages
with "Goninan Motive Power" (hastily done on the LaserJet?).
