One set was made up by Australian National - its about 24 cars (off the top
of my head)

Do you mean the wooden ones, for the corten steel ones. Keswick only has
stainless cars (this is all GSR purchased) with the exception of SS44
(prince of wales car), SSAF27 (Governor's car) and two of the BA class
sitting cars (No.150 and 151). the remainder of the corten steel cars
(either wegmann of comeng) are in possession of ASR or were sold to other
people by Australian National.

The Ghan has the stripe - but on many cars the acid car wash has made it a
uniform orange rather than graded from orange to red.
