Doubt it, railway staff in Victoria use the term Train Wanker quite readily
too. Also, railway hysterical types have been used too but the PTC employee
who said that has a dad who runs one of the local hysterical/historical
societies amongst other historical volunteer work so it may have come from
there, although another post mentions this use of the term too.
