Why blame Great Southern for Washout.

Judging by what I saw on News coverage, a lot of people
are blaming Great Southern for the Line Washout in
Western Australia , Beats me why, they are not
responsible for the track.  And there is no way they could
 have a spare Indian Pacific on the WA side, though I must
agree it would be a bummer having to Finnish the trip in
crowded buses.
