In Dorrigo Steam Railway & Museum Ltd Newsletter No. 5 - 1990 (10th May,
1990) a Jim Irwin is listed as having Complimentary Newsletter status. If
that is you, perhaps you would be better placed to answer that question than
anyone on this newsgroup. :-)
