XPT Running to Broken Hill

So says the spokesman for "Country Labor" in a NSW television ad for the
state election campaign.  This is listed amongst the Carr Government's
achievements.  Would you buy a used car from this man?  I suppose it is
better to have a vintage loco hauled train there than nothing at all, at
least it keeps the gunzels happy.  Perhaps the Libs/Nats will withdraw this
service if they get in (which seems very unlikely), and replace it with one
of Michael Photios' cycleways.
