Not realy a branch but Lilydale to Yarra Glen is closed and track in bad
condition.  Yarra Glen to Healesville is run by someone.

PTC list Lilydale to Coldstream as CLOSED and Yarra Geln to Healesville
is run by somone, what is Coldstream to Yarra Glen? like who has that bit?
