It's just another example of a clueless person who posts using HTML. If you
read carefully enough through it you should kind of get what it says within
there.

Now where's that twit filter of mine? I just guess im lucky i use Outlook
Express to read news, it translates HTML that has even been posted to
newsgroups, unfortunately in a way.
