Hi,

I have come across this hitachi twice so far, both times it has been in
locations where i could not see the number. Sandringham line on a down
service at approx 5:30pm'ish at Middle Brighton, and yesterday (Saturday)
coming out of the City Loop at Spencer Street onto platform 12, I was on 10.

It appeared that the green/gold stripe was painted over in grey, over the
top half, with the bottom half still showing. In the grey area it reads
Bayside Trains, as it does on the Comengs, and the big "B" inbetween the two
windscreens. Also noticed at Broadmeadows about two weeks ago, didn't note
the number once again, was a Comeng with a lop-sided "B" put on as though
the side of the italic "B" was parallel with the windscreen.
