We saw it from the ARE Portland tour: a solo NR had derailed at the west
end of the provisioning centre, apparently not fouling the sg mainline.  It
delayed the departing XPT, and delayed the arriving Overland, which could
not shunt to Dynon until 10.00.  This delayed the docking of the ARE
special, which left at about 12.40 instead of 12.15.
