KREL - did you read the House of Reps Standing Committee into Transport's
study report on this area. Interesting to see the Pilbara roads touted as
"World's best practice" and happy to endorse the open access concept but
full of excuses why it shouldn't apply to them. Ha! It's only a matter of
time. What's good for the government goose ....
