As I understand, this down is formed by the 1510 arrival from Bendigo? This then
ensures that it can't depart Melbourne before 1530 for a suburban path. Can you
tell me what it forms in Melbourne because if your comment about the pass yard
not wanting it until around 1700 hours, it might be able to actually run to
Seymour and return as a pass service, the Shepp could run express although the
Shepp conveys school children to Tall, Bford and KE. If a set could be found for
a 1510 departure then it could make Seymour with ease and still return to
Melbourne at a reasonable hour. All this is speculation though because I don't
know how it is formed and what it forms on its return.
