Network, the best part of the Tramway setup and
V/Line Pass., when Freight Victoria was not wanted as the preferred Pass
Operator?
Guess they did not fill enough Swiss Bank Accounts...eh?
Wonder where this mob is going to find a billion dollars to upgrade
everything?
Still South Australia set the precedent, it seems you dont have to honour
