It sounds like California's Napa Valley Wine Train.  The train uses very
old, but rebuilt, ex-D&RGW, exx-NP coaches built in 1921, and ex-VIA
Rail, exx-CN Montreal Locomotive Works (Alco) FPA4 engines.  Not having
seen the ad, I can't be sure, but that is what you have described.
