Just heard ( rushed to window )  and saw A77 in pretty shabby condition move off towards the city at Epping. Who said A's andX's were not allowed out here ???

Yes you saw correctly, it was A77!!!

I ran it to Bendigo TD 9011 with a Freight Victoria Driver - (Hillside Driver as Second Person) with a 6 car Hitachi in tow, returning as TD 9012 (with a different) 6 car Hitachi ex Bendigo (Gonads) Workshop.

This should continue as and whilst they continue to overhaul trains at Bendigo W/S, although you can't guarantee an A class everytime.
