New tramway (briztram) proposed.
Election held.
Other side gets in.
Briztram scrapped as '19th centry technology' and several busway
project initiated.

 They are currently in the between election phase. Im sure a new
revised '21st' centry version will resurface in time for the next
election, which will get dumped imediatly when the other side gets 
in.
