The locos were divided up about two years ago (mid-97) into VLP and
VLF "owned" locos when the two entities were created with
corporatisation.

VLP got all the Ns, A60,62,66,70, 2 Y class (one at MSS-152?, one at
Geelong - 129?) and P11-18.

VLF got everything else.
