According to "Railpage", the following list was assigned to V/Line
Freight, and would likely pass to the new operator.  Those S class are
probably to most useful ... pride of the fleet.

A71,73,77-79,81,85; all G, H, S, T, X classes; P19-23; Remainder of Y
class.
