It hasn't actually been called the VFT since about 1993. The VHST project
has a different name to differentiate between the projects. The VHST (at
the moment) is the Sydney - Canberra line only. The VFT was Sydney -
Melbourne.

It's about to enter the EIS phase, to be completed in about October.
