T 411 out and about

Noted at North Geelong 'A' box tonight (17/2) at 8.05pm was T 411 in
its coat of mostly grey paint. It appeared to be under its own power -
the illuminated number panels were lit.
This is Mornington's T class which was being stored at Ballarat East -
is it going back or is it to have other duties?
