Re: DVA Download v0.10b & Website Copyright Breaches

Jonathan, as a Webmaster, I have a complaint of my own..

Why is it that there is no mention in any of your documentation about the
origin of your .wav files?

The files have been sliced up from Glenn Jackson-Bethell's Railwavs site,
but you did not recieve permission from him. That would explain why you
don't have all the files to do the job, as Glenn and I went recording
further DVA's during the week and they have not been uploaded yet, and there
are lots more files than what are available on the web at the current time..

For those with an interest in the Actual DVA recordings on the Railwav site,
Glenn has placed the site "Under Renovation" for a bit of tweaking and a bit
of security improvement. Postings will be made here when the site is
available again.

For further information about the Railwav's site, contact Glenn at
Mailto:railwavs@xoommail.com

Thanks, Tony Gatt,
Webmaster, Railpix Australia
