Wow! this is really good stuff, each couple of years we have watched the
Feds lift the axle limits and length of Road Transport Vehicles, and it
seems little, by little we watched our competitive advantage slip away.
Now a first! a super lift in Rail axle loads! that's a pretty steep
increase.
The Hume Highway is getting a major bridge upgrade at the moment to
guarantee the new transport weights, so I guess we stay ahead for a wee time
longer
