Correction to Question 2.

Instead of
Q2.  Emerald (Qld), Lithgow, Pakenham, Armadale (WA), Glenelg.

this should read

Q2.  Emerald (Qld), Newcastle, Pakenham, Armadale (WA), Glenelg.

You're on the right track with electrification - but the similarlity is more of
a superlative than that they are at the end of the juice - there's lots more
places at the end of the juice that don't make this list including Lithgow (or
Bowenfels actually)
