[VIC] Langwariin -sparks??

For those with a knowledge or interst in the Frankston Line (Bayside) what merit might exist to extend the sparks to
Langwarrin??
With  the impending major redevelopment of the area near Leawaara station into nations largest bulk good precint
(Bunnings, Harvey Norman, half a dozen others, including Hardware House(rumoured)) plus Langwarrin being quite
established..would it not make some sense to extend the Catenary to Langwarrin.
Most train would still terminate at Frankston but it would be possible to have some start and finish at Langwarrin..no
stabling required there.
