I think this is inaccurate. I can recall timetable changes after
the departure of the Tait stock; Glen Waverley, Belgrave and
Lilydale were tightened up so much the Blues couldn't stay on time
in the morning peak. I used to watch the perfomance of the Blues
against the new WTT rather carefully.
