Its disappointing that theyre not improving the off peak and especially
the evening services first, but its a step in the right direction.

Correct me if I'm wrong on this because I don't often get trains
between 3 and 5 pm, but the trains seem to be more crowded between 5
and 6 than between 3 and 5 - so why do they only improve the afternoon
services and not the evening peak ones?
