Yes great idea! Now because the land the Rail is built on belongs to the
Railways, and the Councils and relevant Gov. bodies have permission to pave
over them at certain points, and providing the track at that spot is not
being used by rail at the time, may allow road traffic to cross.......[let
me get my breath back...]
Seeing the road lobby gets whatever they want I suggest that the $40
Trillion Dollars as a rough estimate comes out of the Road budget....and
good riddance to you all
