Also do not forget the Barnawatha rear ender in Victoria. S317 ran into the
rear of the Spirit of Progress in fog.
The Van on the rear, a streamlined Corten Steel Baggage Van disintergrated
and the main floor girders raised up piercing the cab of S317, doing very
similar damage as the Glenbrook accident, killing both crew.
