Interesting to note also the extra levels of management now needed to run what 
used to be the old NSWGR who had one Commissioner..
Now we have Chief Executive Officers of Cityrail,Countrylink,Freightcorp,State 
Rail Authority,Rail Services Australia and Rail Access Corporation all to 
achieve the same result.(in actual fact they are achieving a far lesser result 
as the old NSWGR actually used to run lots more trains as well.

All of these organizations have their own levels of middle management as well.

Wonderful what Corporatization does isnt it.
