a month ago a friend told me that ATN [one of the unsuc. bidders for V/Line
Freight]  were importing hoppers, flats and Loco's from the States. I have
heard nothing at all since then, untill early this week, when a **** told me
that I had it wrong, and suggested the posted scenario!  As this group is
available to a lot of US lurkers, I thought I might throw the cat amongst
the pigeons as they say.
