Well, the Adelaide dates already have been provided by David
Bennetts, much more detailed than I could have done.

However, Perth's trolleybus system was opened in 1933 and closed
in 1969, according to Nils Carl Aspenberg: Verdens Sporveier,
Trolleybusser og Undergrunnsbaner. No _really_ exact dates are
given there anyway...
