No, the Sosmobile is a Land Rover Discovery which means you see over
the barriers when seated normally.  You simply stop (on the exit to
Footscray Road, not the bridge itself) lean across from the driver's
seat and shoot out the window.  

You really should take a drive along the link before it costs.

I confess the car was purchased as a result of meeting those
requirements required for being a "rail transport connoisseur".
