What loco is that?

A friend said that he saw a train with 5 locos attached going through
Ingleburn.
Apparantly it had an 81, two NRs and two unknown hood bodied locos in
National rail colours. He seemed to think they were originally
Victorian. The shape was like a 49 or X class body.
Any one know what locos they might be?
