NR on Main West -2GS2

An Up NR frieght used the main west today passing through Newbridge at about
1345. It appeared to be carrying PS freight. Does anyone know why this train
operates on a regular basis on the main west. I suspect that it has
something to do with a PS frieght dividing at Parkes on Monday mornings.
